- Bernie Ramone Added September 05, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Sad service - spent hrs (paid by my customer) on Optus automated service trying to fix issue, only to still have a huge usage problem, sent my customer to Optus shop at Brookside, Matt talks over me while iam answering his questions???
Then repeats their policies over and over, not helping my elderly customer with her usage issues at all :(
Maybe some customer service training would help
