- Gammit Added February 02, 2024★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Had a short issue to sort out and HAD to make an appointment even though there was no one else in the branch. I have never been in there without having to make an appointment for the smallest of issues. Very inconvenient. New branch is extremely claustrophobic with horrible plastic green leaves everywhere. Made me feel very anxious and uncomfortable. Do not recommend this branch as they don’t like people doing business with them - they try to point everyone to the ATM machines!

Now have to take a morning o - Ruster Dog Added January 18, 2024★ ★ ★ ★ ★Fantastic professional service at Brookside ANZ branch from Jackie , The branch was busy but Jackie expertly helped me sort out some banking I couldn't do online and after checking if I had any other issues, gave me the number to make appointments in advance if necessary and all the information I needed to sort out some other matters with the right ANZ team by phone. Thanks . Great work .

The previous customer couldn't use his card as there was a block & the customer before him was told he can't access his internet banking. While I'm waiting 2 more customers can't access their account & told to come back. Worst bank ever!
